I hold a BA (Hons) Business Studies and have completed advanced VA training with one of the industry’s leading mentors, equipping me with the skills and insight to deliver advanced behind-the-scenes support. My career spans private businesses, startups, and public sector organisations - giving me a broad, adaptable perspective on what helps a business run smoothly.
For over a decade, I worked closely with a serial entrepreneur and his leadership team to build a successful hospitality brand. That experience gave me an in-depth understanding of the pressures business owners face and the difference that exceptional support can make. I’ve seen firsthand how the right assistant can create space for strategic thinking, new opportunities, reduced overwhelm and enhanced productivity.

When I step away from my laptop I'm a regular volunteer with the homeless community in Portsmouth, serving food and chatting at a local food kitchen.
I also love being outside, whether that's next to the sea or walking in the New Forest. A sunny walk in good company, or with a good podcast, is my happy place.
2026 is my year to get a dog so you'll also find me dog dreaming and planning future dog-friendly adventures!
