Must haves:
Have at least 5+ years providing EA or PA support on an employed or VA basis;
At least 6 months' experience as a VA client-facing in a direct or associate capacity;
Being a VA is your main role - this is not a side gig around a full-time job;
Freelance VA set up in place - you have your own laptop, space to work etc;
Ability to manage your own time and workload, meeting multiple client deadlines without dropping balls;
Be able to prioritise your own workload, using your excellent time management skills to provide unflappable, reliable service;
Proof of insurance - professional indemnity and cyber crime;
Registered with the ICO;
References or testimonials - these can be from a current client or from another Lead VA.
