Closer to your maternity leave, we'll arrange a handover call. You'll share any SOPs, video walkthroughs and documentation I'll need, and we'll make sure I have access to the relevant systems before your leave begins.
When you're ready to return to work, we'll arrange a handover so you're completely up to speed. I'll talk you through anything that's happened during your leave, and ensure everything is transferred back to you, making your return as stress-free as possible.
I work on an associate basis, representing your business professionally and maintaining the standards your clients expect.

Maternity cover is offered on a retainer basis. If I'm covering a client on a 10-hour monthly retainer, those 10 hours are reserved in my diary throughout the agreed cover period. This ensures your client continues to receive the availability and consistency they've signed up for, while giving you complete peace of mind that dedicated support is always there if needed.
As early as possible. Many VAs begin planning several months before their maternity leave to ensure availability and allow plenty of time for a thorough handover.
Yes. We'll agree together how you'd like to introduce me, but I work as your associate and aim to make the transition feel as seamless as possible for your clients.
